Born in Hampton Hill, Middlesex

Studied at Twickenham School of Art

Studied at Kingston School of Art

Granted a Leverhume Travelling Scholarship to France and Italy

1965
Worked as an assistant to Bryan Kneale; taught at London College of Printing. Later teaches part-time in many art schools.

1966
Exhibited in the 'New Generation' show at the Whitechapel Gallery, London

1966-1967
Peter Stuyvesant Foundation Travel Bursary to USA.

1968
First solo exhibition at the Redfern Gallery, London

1976
